The exceptional service and the attention to detail!

The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff helpful and polite and the accomodation is modern, clean and comfortable.

Our room was near the bar, and could be noisy in the evening.

The night we spent enjoying drinks in the small outdoor area was a lovely way to unwind after exploring the city, despite the breakfast being a disappointing affair.

Location was fantastic. Only 15 minute walk to most of the major sites. Room was clean, not much atmosphere in the hotel however.

I liked the room as it was a good, comfortable and clean room in an exciting area close to the center, but also sourrounded by bars, pubs, brewery and shopping center. The atmosphere and the staff was friendly - absolutely to be recommended!

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful . The room lacked some amenities like air conditioning, uncomfortable during the hotter days, and there was a bit of noise from the street that might disturb light sleepers.

Staff were very helpful towards us and hotel was within easy walking distance of all the major sights. Clean and very spacious rooms and good value for money. Breakfast was plenty and with very good choice.

Couple seeking a decent stay

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The receptionist was friendly, cute us with a genuine smile, made a difference. There was this nice bar nearby where I had the best cocktail, did I mention the little local brewery next door? Never a dull moment!

It wasn't what you would call affordable, but for what you get, it's still reasonable.

From the moment of stepping into the hotel until the check-out, everything was far above the average. The front desk staff was very flexible and friendly. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations.

Beware, a week before the check-in, they will block an amount exceeding the bill from your credit card!

Compared to my last trip to prague, this hotel offered a more spacious and inviting atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious, with fresh pastries and great coffee.

Front desk staff could be a bit friendlier - we had to take our own luggage up to luggage room on 2nd floor which also could be a security issue, i.e theft

The hotel had varied and large breakfasts with slices of fresh bread, cereal, and cheese. The accommodation had a central location to metro station ' Zilcin '. Further, it was near Vltava river as well as highly rated restaurants.
